I don't think that he should open the attachment file as it may contains viruses, and not forward the mail to others. He should delete the mail and forget about it. He should not buy the medicine, as it may be a scam, just to cheat your money.

Sorry for the Late post.
I think the clip is trying to tell us to not post things that we do not want people to know. Once things goes online, It can never be removed cleanly, no matter how hard you try. And soon, everyone would know what you posted and (tried to) delete.
